Acceptable Use Policy

Photos you may upload

• Photos of yourself.
• Photos of other people who agreed to it. For a child, a parent or guardian must agree.
• Photos of your own pet.

What is not allowed

• Photos of someone without their permission, including celebrities and public figures.
• Nudity, sexual content, or costume requests meant to sexualise anyone. Never upload a photo of a minor for this purpose.
• Content that harasses, bullies, threatens or impersonates a real person.
• Using results to deceive people, for example passing a costume photo off as evidence of a real event.
• Hate symbols or costumes that mock a group of people.

What we do

Uploaded photos may be checked automatically before a costume photo is made. Photos that break this policy are refused and no credits are used. Accounts that break it repeatedly can be closed, and serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

Reporting

If you find a costume photo of you that you did not agree to, reply to any of our emails or contact us and we will remove it.
